====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32648 of 2023 for granting extension of time limit of four weeks for furnishing bail bonds for procuring anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
3. On perusal of the records, it appears that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23863 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners on 14.07.2023 and on mentioning the same on 19.10.2023 the learned counsel got the order modified.
4. Thereafter, on 30.10.2023, neither the learned counsel nor the petitioners appeared before the court below.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow this modification application.
6. Accordingly, the modification application stands rejected.
