2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 3 and 4 informs this Court that the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.840 of 2019 dt.12-09-2023 2/3 affidavit has been filed on their behalf, in which, in paragraph no. 8, it has been stated that retiral benefits payable to the petitioner on different heads like Group Insurances Scheme, Leave Encashment, Employees Welfare Fund and arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner during the pendency of the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of the respondents no. 3 and 4, the writ petition is disposed of as substantial retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor/ Registrar of the Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Respondents No. 3 and 4).

5. The representation, if any, filed by the petitioner, the Vice Chancellor/ Registrar of the Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and in case, petitioner is found entitled for any other relief(s) as claimed for in the present writ petition including difference of arrears of salary, the same may be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
