It is submitted by petitioners' counsel that the order dated 14.12.2018 allowing petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail was communicated to the court below after a considerable delay on 19.1.2019.

In view of the late communication petitioners could not avail the benefits of order passed in their favour as they could not surrender within the time granted under the said order. In the circumstances, petitioners are granted further four weeks time to surrender in the court below for availing the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12718 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 benefit of anticipatory bail under order dated 14.12.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 66887 of 2018.
