The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.544 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of ten litres of wine from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and he was neither apprehended at the spot nor any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession Under the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Randheer Kumar, Judicial
