The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.58 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b) 1A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One Md. Meraj Imam @ Rinku was apprehended and on the basis of his confessional statement one carbine and 12 live cartridges were recovered from a room of the petitioner taken on rent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2019. Md. Meraj Imam @ Rinku has falsely implicated the petitioner on account of enmity. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about nine months.

No.930 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be father or mother of the petitioner having substantial immovable property in his or her name.
