The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhabhua P.S. Case no. 26 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Raj Kumari Devi alleged that her son Lucky Pandey @ Rudranarayan Pandey was playing outside her gate but Sanjeev Pandey, Anuj Pandey and Rakesh Pandey abused her son. They also assaulted the son of the informant.

It is submitted that the allegation of assault and snatching of ornaments from the neck of the informant are false and concocted. Injuries are superficial in nature. Prior to lodging

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14989 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 this case Saroja Devi, wife of Santosh Pandey had filed Bhabhua P.S. Case no. 593 of 2014. Petitioners are co-sharers and siblings of the husband of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
