The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was driving truck loaded with stone chips, but the police apprehended the petitioner on the allegation that the petitioner was not carrying valid challan of stone chips. The petitioner was carrying stone chips and the challan was with the petitioner, but the police has illegally apprehended the petitioner and implicated in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
