The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Opposite Party No.2 is wife of the petitioner. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is employed in the Indian Air Force. Petitioner is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to Opposite Party No.2 in her Savings Account bearing A/c. No.20385433606, IFS Code SBIN0015345, Branch SBI Silao,

The aforesaid amount is payable in every month from this month itself and shall be subject to the result of Maintenance Case No.210M of 2018 brought by Opposite Partyl No.2 against the petitioner before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda, under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. Considering the aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 406C/ 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that if the petitioner would fail to deposit the aforesaid maintenance amount, the Court-below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
