The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S.Case No.155/16 registered under Sections 395, 397of I.P.C.. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the spy to the effect that he was seen near the place of occurrence. Later on the petitioner was apprehended by the police in Maker P.S. No.124/16 in which he is on bail, but the police recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case and thereafter petitioner was also remanded in the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13480 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bheldi P.S.Case No.155/16.
