4/4 petitioners, after some arguments submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the C.M.D of the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Patna is directed to dispose off the representation which has been preferred by them by a reasoned order.
The prayer of the petitioners appears to be very reasonable.
This Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the C.M.D., Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall, after verifying the records, dispose it off by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
