19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner indulging repeatedly in Excise Act prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 18.08.2016 under Cr. Misc. No.33644/2016 (Annexure-1) the prayer was renewed vide Cr.

Misc.

No.53839/2016 which was also rejected vide order dated 21.12.2016 giving a liberty to renew after framing of charge. From Annexure-3 order dated 07.02.2017 it is evident that charge had already been framed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14001 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 Accordingly, petitioner Anita Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai / successor in office in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.228/2016.
