Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Uchagaon P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named, is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12100 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 2 is to be married on 04.05.2022. Considering the same, it is directed that the petitioner no.2 shall not be arrested till 23.05.2022. So far as the petitioner no.1, above named, is concerned, his bail application is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegation against him. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
