The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that his minor sister has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The son of the petitioner Saurabh Kumar and the victim girl were in love with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18289 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 each other and petitioner was dead against the love affairs. The victim girl in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has also not alleged any specific accusation against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.10.2022.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge (POCSO), Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022, Special Case (POCSO) No. 16 of 2023.
