This application for regular bail arises out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 496 of 2019, Special Case No. 11149 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the petitioners' possession, as per the case of the prosecution, 35 litres of country-made liquor was recovered. They were carrying the illicit liquor in a motorcycle for the purpose of its illegal trade.

Considering the fact that the recovery has been made from the petitioners' conscious possession, I am not inclined to grant them privilege of regular bail. This application is
