The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have done the daughter of the informant to death on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he happens to be the elder brother of the husband of the deceased. He is in custody for over one year and has no criminal antecedent.

Case no. 386 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
