2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. One Munna Mahto is said to have fired upon the victim. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15316 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022.
