Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of pelting the stones and bricks with intention to commit murder. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.N. Nigam, learned J.M.-1st Class, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14399 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 No.249 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
