JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file a statutory remedy of appeal before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) in terms of Clause 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

This writ application is, thus, disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to seek his statutory remedy of appeal before the respondent no. 2. In case, such an appeal is preferred within 30 days from today, the same shall be considered on its own merit and in case a question of limitation arises, the same will
