2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals and the petitioner is suspected of participated in the crime.

4. The petitioner is said to have sold the mobile of the deceased victim to one Dhananjay Mishra. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.
