Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was lodged against unknown on theft of motorcycle of the informant. The said motorcycle was recovered from below the stairs of one Sipahi Jee. Allegation is that the petitioner was tenant in that house.
Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
