This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 36 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. From the motorcycle of the petitioner, 15 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered.

The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 539 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, or successor Court.
