Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed by the sole petitioner to call for the minutes of the meeting of District Selection Committee, Mid Day Meal Scheme, Katihar by which private respondent no.6 has been selected as Contractor for Ajamnagar, Barsoi, Katihar, Kodha, Manihari and Hasanganj blocks of the district of Katihar under Mid Day Meal Scheme since the said respondent did not

The present petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as, government has taken a policy decision to have the Mid Day Meal Scheme B.S.F.C. implemented. Also the tender dated 04.07.2019 was for the period of one year, which stands expired.

The petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
