The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 816 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 400, 402 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2021.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12454 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-18, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
