The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Lobis Yadav @ Lohba. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Patna in connection with
