2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 dated 23.03.2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners. Earlier the petitioners moved anticipatory bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 40067 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 26.08.2019 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. Since the first anticipatory bail application of the petitioners has been rejected and this is the second bail application without any fresh ground, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioners stands rejected.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of, preferably, on the same day, on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
