The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 300/2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation one Bittu Jha was apprehended by the police in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 84/2016, in which he confessed his guilt having hand in the occurrence of that case and also disclosed that he had hand in three other cases, in which the petitioner was also with him. Thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in the present case from Arer P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17636 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 84/2016 on 13.09.2016 and since then he is in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner Gautam Jha @ Gautam Kumar Jha, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 300/2016.
