2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow to Piyush Kumar Singh which caused stab-injury on his right side of stomach. It is submitted that the according to the injury report showing sharp cut injury, opinion was reserved but subsequently, injury was treated to be simple in nature in absence of X-ray report subject to further report if any.

4. Considering the injury report which supports the allegation of knife blow by the petitioner and the injury sustained by Piyush Kumar Singh in his right side of stomach, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
