The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Girija Devi claimed to be incarnation of Mahadev and cheated innocent people by assuring them that their money would be doubled. The petitioner and others are alleged to have helped Girija Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears that no specific allegation of cheating is made against the petitioner. Soni Devi, Nita Devi and some other accused persons have been enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16193 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A. Mishra, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
