The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.124 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous as final form has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has been exonerated.

Considering the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the application for anticipatory bail. If the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21962 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 takes cognizance differing with submission of the final report, the petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh bail application. The application stands disposed of.
