Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 324, 427, 120A, 122 and 124A of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1B)a/26, 27(2) of the Arms Act, Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is in custody since last ten months on the allegation that he is a member of the extremist group. No other overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20611 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas/Successor Court, in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.39 of 2009, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
