Patna High Court MJC No.5165 of 2018(3) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 compliance of the order dated 24.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.980 of 2018.
Show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party Nos.5 and 6. Following statement has been made in paragraph 10 of the show cause.
"10.That it is further humbly submitted that considering the aforementioned facts taking into account the order & directions of this Hon'ble Court, the claim of the petitioners was examined and it was found that the claim of the petitioners to get matric trained scale on the date of their respective joining having higher qualification is not justified and accordingly, the same has been rejected vide order contained in annexure-B to this show cause."
Considering the fact that the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed.
