This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 862 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the statements made in paragraph nos. 7, 8 and 12 of this bail petition that the petitioner has previous dispute with one Rohit Kumar and due to which he has falsely been implicated in this case, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
