Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 02 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12554 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected.
