JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 27-04-2017 In the matter of not taking prompt action for releasing pension and commuted amount deposited with the Bank, the learned Writ Court after evaluating various aspect of the matter came to the conclusion that the Bank has slept over the matter from July, 2011 till passing of the order by the Writ Court and on that account directed for payment of the petitioner by the Bank.

Patna High Court LPA No.603 of 2016 dt.27-04-2017 2/2 In doing so, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration.

The appeal is dismissed.
