JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Assaon P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506/34of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that while the daughter of the informant had gone for natural call, then the petitioner teased her and also torn her cloth. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and earlier to lodging of this case, a case has also been lodged by the petitioner's side against the informant and others and considering the same, he has given benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and he has not misused the same.
