1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. (i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority to remove the encroachment from the land situated at mauja-Ammaw, Thana No. 185, Khata No.558, Plot No.370,372,1014,1015, area 0.07,0.16 acres which is Anabad Sarva Sadharan land "Tal and Gawahi" which has been encroached by some of the villagers by constructing their house over it.

(ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.3025 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 i.e.Circle Officer Chaimpur to comply his final order pass in Encroachment Case No.11/20222023 pursuance to the order dated 20.01.2023 passed by District Magistrate cum 2nd Appeliya Pradhikar, Kaimur, Bhabua.

(iii) Issuance of a writ' in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority to pass final order in Encroachment Case No.11/2022-2023 with respect to 11 persons who has constructed their house under Pradhan mantri Awas Yojana in the aforesaid land i.e. Sarva Sadharan Land."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chainpur, District - Kaimur (Bhabua) for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
