JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.244 of 2014 registered under sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and the deceased died a natural death. On the other hand learned counsel for the state has submitted that the victim was killed in her matrimonial home within eight months of the marriage and her body was buried in a field. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13498 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 sent for postmortem examination, the doctor found ante mortem injuries on different parts of the body.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
