The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.12.2015 of the State Election Commission present at Annexure-3, whereby a decision has been taken for not carrying out the delimitation of the territorial constituency in the present election.

In view of the decision so taken by the State Election Commission which lies exclusively within their domain I am not inclined to interfere with the decision taken by the State Election Commission.

The writ petition is disposed of.
