Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail P.S. Buxar Case No. 39 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(10b) a, 26 (2) of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case one country-made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.5.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11606 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 custody for nearly nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
