====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with Upnesh Kumar @ Rai. After marriage, in-laws of the informant's daughter started torturing her for non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. On 13.12.2024, the accused persons had killed his daughter due to the nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. Further, it is alleged that the

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's role as alleged in the F.I.R. is that he was driver of Scorpio vehicle whereby the dead body was carrying for concealing. So far as the allegation of commission of dowry death of the deceased is concerned, it is not against the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
