The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016, corresponding to Trial No. 1654 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise act, 2016.

10 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.11.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial
