The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 183/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/324/325/307/354/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to convince this Court by taking various grounds including delay in registration of the F.I.R.

In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he has fired upon the chest of the injured and the injury report submitted by Uma Hospital, Patna, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
