There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he committed rape on the informant but admittedly, petitioner is own Bhaisur of the informant and prior to filing of this case, informant had filed case for the offence under section 498A of the IPC and after that a case under sections 376/511 and other minor sections of the IPC against the petitioner and others and furthermore, after filing of the present case, informant, again, filed case for the offence under section 498A of the IPC against the petitioner and others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
