JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naya Ram Nagar (Safiasarai) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2010, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking the note of the facts that the petitioner being the named accused is evading his arrest since last four years and he is named in the F.I.R. alongwith others with specific accusation of firing on the deceased, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12191 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2 / 2 (Safiasarai) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2010, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Munger, stands rejected.
