Revision No. 526 of 2019, whereby petitioner was allowed bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017, Enquiry No. 807 of 2019 pending in the Court of Juvenile Justice Board, Madhubani. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is under the guardianship of his mother and maternal grandfather, as detailed in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, which may be corrected by replacing the word "father" by "mother" in the operative portion of the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 526 of 2019. In view of the above submission, in the fourth line of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13402 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 the last paragraph of the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Revision No. 526 of 2019, let the word "father" be corrected to be read as "mother."
