2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of Contempt proceeding for violation of the order of this Hon'ble court dated 07.11.2017 passed in CWJC No.

12275/2016 whereby and where under the Hon'ble Single Judge directed the Circle

Patna High Court MJC No.5250 of 2018(3) dt.12-03-2026 3/3 Officer Block-Balrampur (O.P. no. 5) to initiate proceeding under section 3 of Public Land Encroachment Act to remove the Encroachment from appertaining to Thana no. 8, Khata no. no. 155, Plot no.202, 205, 214, 215 and 216.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
