The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 188, 393 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioner along with some unknown accused persons blocked the road and also tried to loot the fertilizers loaded on the tractor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegation of committing loot is general

No.13223 of 2022(2) dt.15-09-2022 2/2 and omnibus in nature and no specific over act has been alleged against the petitioner and as far as the allegation of creating hindrance in discharging of official duty is alleged, the same is ornamental in nature. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused (Praveen Kumar) has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 13.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 70985 of 2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
