Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ayar P. S. case no. 93/2014 registered under sections 408, 409, 420, 120B/34 of the IPC.
Petitioner no.1 is Mukhiya whereas rest petitioners are said to be Panchayat secretary. The accusation against them is that they diverted fund of scheme towards another scheme and they purchased solar light.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that having similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6061 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 privilege of bail by different benches of this court, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ayar P.
