JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 It is submitted by Learned counsel for the State that the petitioner had obtained contractual appointment as 'Uddipika' against post meant for Backward Caste candidate, whereas later on the petitioner's caste was converted in the category of Extremely Backward Caste and as such she was not eligible to hold the post. Otherwise also, it is submitted that nature of appointment was contractual period of which lapsed long back.

Since none appears for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the submission advanced by the State counsel, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi U
