This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioners are not named in the first information report. The first information report would reveal that allegation of commission fire arm injury and death of co-accused, Taira Mandal. The informant is the eye witness of the occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18409 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 connection with Sessions Trial No. 728 of 2016 arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, VI, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
